Woodbine Home

Woodbine Station is an active, family-friendly neighborhood located in Marietta, Georgia. Conveniently situated in Northeast Cobb County, Woodbine Station is minutes away from parks and recreation areas, libraries, and many dining and shopping options. We are a community that takes pride in our affordable home prices with unique styles and various sizes. There are no “cookie cutter” homes here.
 
With outstanding amenities, Woodbine Station offers a clubhouse for events, such as birthday parties, baby showers, or family gatherings. Woodbine Station has an Olympic-sized pool and a kiddie pool with sprinklers for all ages to enjoy. Many residents also enjoy our four lighted tennis courts and recently upgraded playground. The neighborhood supports the Cobb County Summer Swim League and has very active ALTA and USTA tennis teams. 
 
One reason families move here is our location within some of the Cobb County School District’s award-winning schools: Garrison Mill Elementary, Mabry Middle, and Lassiter High. Those considering making Woodbine Station their home should be sure to check out information about these high-performing schools.
 
Our vibrant community is very active, and we are proud of our dedicated HOA members. Throughout the year, Woodbine Station hosts several social gatherings, from trunk-or-treat to pictures with Santa, as well as annual adult summer gatherings. 
Dues Payments

Annual dues for 2026 are $688.
 
Dues can be paid in full by January 1st each year.
 
Residents may also choose to make quarterly payments of $172 due on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st of each year. 

Payments can be made using one of the following methods:
 
  • Drop off a check at the clubhouse payment box.
  • Pay via Zelle. The email address and phone number associated with the Woodbine Station Zelle account is terrifoster.wsa@gmail.com and 214-708-8953. 
  • Pay online via the website. (FYI - the website charges a convenience fee.)
  • Mail a check to our PO BOX (see below).

If you have questions about your balance, please email the Assistant Treasurer. Be sure to include your lot number with all payments and communication.

WSA Events
Prohibited Activities
ATVs, UTVs, bounce houses, and other inflatables are strictly prohibited on all Woodbine Station Association property.

Your HOA

The Woodbine Station HOA is run completely by property owners who volunteer to serve on the board. The meetings are typically held the second Tuesday of each month, except for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in November.

If you have a topic you would like to bring to the Board, you are welcome to contact the President or another board member (HERE) to join one of the meetings and discuss your idea.

We are always looking for Volunteers for current and future projects, as well as members on the board for the next AGM. Please reach out to a board member for any questions or for more information.
